Thank you for reading our refund and returns policy. You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before the dispatch date. If you’re unhappy with your purchase upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours to arrange a return. We will refund the full value of your order (excluding shipping) once we receive the undamaged goods.
If you return goods through our courier after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, and you have followed the delivery instructions, we will not issue a refund. Should you ask our couriers to re-attempt delivery, you will incur an additional shipping charge.

We will address all complaints within 72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will keep you updated through your preferred contact method. Additionally, we handle all complaints with strict confidentiality.
