When you order wine from The Wine Dealer for your auction, the process is simple and straightforward. You will purchase the wine at a fixed price, which serves as the reserve price for the auction. This reserve price is the minimum amount the wine must sell for during the auction. Once the auction is complete and the winning bid is confirmed, the organisation or charity running the auction will pay The Wine Dealer for the wine. Following receipt of payment, we will promptly ship the wine to you or directly to the successful bidder.

For example, if the reserve price of a bottle is £100 and it is auctioned off for £150, your organisation would receive the £50 difference as profit. This ensures your charity benefits from any premium bidders are willing to pay, while covering the cost of the wine.
